Caterpillar Reach Stackers South Carolina

A reach stacker is a vehicle meant to handle the movement of containerized cargo in small and medium-sized ports and terminals. Reach stackers are ideal for quickly shuttling containers short distances and piling them in rows.

Due their flexibility, reach stackers are a common choice for handling intermodal cargo containers. They are capable of stacking higher than forklift trucks. With a reach stacker capable of second row access, container blocks could be kept four-deep.

Designed only to handle empty containers is a different type of stacker.

Types of Forklift Reach
